  • Your food was missing from the order
  • The food delivered was damaged, spoiled, or unsafe to eat
  • Your order was cancelled by Sunshine Restaurant
  • There was a serious delay and you no longer wish to receive the order

Situations Where Refunds May Not Be Given

  • You simply changed your mind after the food has been prepared
  • The order details you provided were incorrect
  • The complaint is made several hours after the order was received
  • The food was consumed before the issue was reported

Reporting an Issue

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order details
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos of the food if necessary

Refund Process

Once we receive your complaint, we will review the issue and respond within a reasonable time. If your refund request is approved, the refund may be sent through the same payment method you used or another agreed method.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:
